Each Le Equus Signet piece is handmade with exceptional care and this takes time. Please expect your piece to ship 4-6 weeks after the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Each piece shipped within the continental US will be shipped via 2-day delivery.
What kinds of gemstones do you use in your jewelry?
All of our pieces are made using only natural mined diamonds and gemstones. Le Equus Signet does not use synthetic or lab created stones in any of our jewelry.
What metals do you use to create your jewelry?
All of our pieces are crafted in solid 18k gold.
I found a piece I love but I'd like to customize it a bit. Is that possible?

What is your return policy?
Custom orders cannot be returned. Standard orders may be returned within 21 days after the date of receipt so long as they are unworn and in their original condition.
How do I clean my jewelry?
The best way to clean your Le Equus Signet piece is using a mild dish soap and a bit of hot (not boiling) water. Let your piece soak in its bath for 5-10 minutes then scrub the soapy solution onto the piece with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
For enamel jewelry we suggest using a soft cloth and warm water. If the piece is especially dirty you may gently rub it clean using a mild soap and warm water. Rinse well at the end. Do not soak enamel pieces.
